The Voices On My Shoulders

by Nicole   May 26, 2007

Don't touch that food, think of all the fat.
But you need the calories, you can eat that.

You will feel better, just throw it away.
You can't keep starving yourself each and every day.

If you listen to me, you will gain confidence and lose weight.
Liar! You will only gain depression and lose your happy fate.

You look pathetic, just look in the mirror.
Wouldn't you rather live and be happy that you're here?

Look at those models, so beautiful unlike you.
Don't listen to that, you know that's not true.

You have to be skinny in order to be happy.
But your energy is so low making you only feel crappy.

I'm only trying to help so be glad I'm in your head.
But it's only a matter of time before you end up dead.
