Your talk of suicide

by Phoenix   May 26, 2007

When you talk of suicide
And ways to hurt yourself
I crumble down inside
Nothing you say will help.

How can I trust you
And rest my faith in us
When all I ever hear about
Is this suicidal fuss!

My silence is my anger
My tears that cannot flow
It hides all the pain inside
And hatred I cannot show.

Fragments of my dreams remain
Of forever loving you
When you talk of all the things you've done
And things you wish to do.

I cannot bear to love you
If I'll find you dead one day
Not from old age and final timing
But 'cos you took your life away.

That's true. And sad. Just wanna say that I have a poem called 'You think' and the first line is 'You think of suicide.' That's kind of a funny coincidence.
