Never did it occurred to me
That you would pass away
Flashbacks, Reminiscences,
Bequeaths grief & joy together
Still grieving,
Believing seem to be tough
I don't know if
I could ever go on
You were there
When I was born
You were there
When mom left
You were there for me
While I was growing up
You were constantly there
But now you're gone
And never coming back
I missed you terribly
Without you here
Life for me will remain
A puzzle with a missing piece
Until the time comes
When God would allow me
To be with you everlastingly
