Laundry

by unknown   May 27, 2007

My clothes capture my pain
A soaked shirt with eyes
Taken away from my face
How I wish I could ask them
If it all comes out in the wash
Downy fresh hide the scars
Could I be like you
Looking brand new
Just to be used and abused
Don't you wish
The dryer will take you away
With the dampness
Away with the socks that are lonely
How they do miss being a pair.
