Nothing at all.

by Ash   May 27, 2007

Let's take a long drive like we did back then
leaving our troubles behind
we'll hit the border never to return
forget everything that left us with a burn
I'm losing my vision from what they have done
glasses cant fix when they messed up
to forgive and forget is much more than i want
but I'm done with second chances and giving them more than enough
I'm in love with these roads
that lead to everything that i could've never had
with them dragging us down and holding us back
we had nothing to live for, and had nothing to grasp

Let's take a long walk like we did that one time
when we forgot how it felt to break in to a dozen pieces
we'll roam the city, leaving them behind
who needs them anyways when they ruin our lives
I'm forgetting how to live from what they taught us
nothing can replace the damage they've done
to live and move on is much less that I'd hope to do
but I'm sure we can do better than that with all of them gone
I'm in love with this place
that I've never seen before
with them stepping on our dreams and chance of hope
we had nothing to live for, nothing at all.
