I’ve lost myself this night..
I can not fight this Infection.
The tears begin to drop,
As I realise the ineffable truth.
“Our time on this planet is so short,”
Or so they say..
But when that time is spent alone..
The time one spends here lengthens too.
And in the Night,
I begin to realise..
This Infection.
Eternity.
