A Sad Song

by *Charisma*   May 27, 2007

A Sad Song Says So Much

Moving soft and slow
To a rhythm in my soul
Same as the melody
On an old radio

It haunts my deepest thoughts
Pervades into the mind
Slipping through crevices
Only pain could find

Pulling at my heart's edge
To unravel the tears
That were holding on fine
Until notes I could hear

When the music plays
My sanity's lost touch
There's no words to speak,
A sad song says so much.
