I let her down

This love is gone,
It's all my fault,
Her heart is shattered,
I lost a friend in the battle.

She tore the times we had,
By telling me to come back to her,
The only thing I wanted to be,
Was friends with her.

And soon I'll live this life,
With no one there for me,
Cause I shot it all down,
By saying I love you.

I lived a lie,
And now I long to live,
With just one friend beside me,
But she won't come back...

I lost her trust,
And I lost her faith,
I lost all I had in her,
And it's all my fault.

I'd take it back,
All my mistakes,
So many I have made,
And I let her down...

    You may have let me down.

    But you'll always be my messy haired boy, Travis.

    Even when we stop talking to each other, you'll always be in my heart, and I'll still be there whenever you need me. Please don't think you let me down. And so what if you don't love me anymore-- errr, or what 'was' love, what will be, will be. Whatever happened didn't will it. And I wasn't good enough for you anyway.

    Well, you already know my fave part of it.

    However, it just didnt flow right. but i understand that all of it was true and stuff. just find a way to flow it more.
