Once

by -=-*_a_[n]_g_[e]_l_*-=-   May 28, 2007

Love once knocked on my grayscale life
And I unknowingly let it in
That somehow everything dramatically shifted
In chaos, nevertheless, serene

Love once knocked on my wearisome world
Then frittered it with ecstacy
I was beginning to grow accustomed to it
But the wind blew it away from me

Love once knocked on my lonely heart
And I though it would just stay near
I once abandoned all my fears for it
And offered nothig but feelings so sheer

And love is now on its way out
Even before I knew it was there
Just let this one chance pass me by
Frustrations fall nothing to compare
