Anticipation

People come, people go
Why won't they bother to stay?
A vow of forever to love you so
But their forever lasted a day

Maybe yes, maybe no
But 'maybe' is left for an answer
This bitter realization of life
Makes me want to surrender

And then you came into this shell
When the night is beautifully dawning
This day, I pray, would never end
For you kissed to life all my yearnings

I held you in the middle of the day
And I , full of hope and anticipation
