Rejection.

My head is spinning,
my eyes are red from weeping,
and my heart is screaming at me.

My soul is being crushed by life,
and I am forgetting how to feel.

Every time I cry out to you,
rejection hits me hard.

Every time I know you need me,
you just hide away so I can't speak to you.

When you worry,
I feel it too.
When you cry,
I cry too.
When you feel like things couldn't get any worst,
just remember,
I'm just like you.

If I could tell you it's all better,
I would...
If I could tell you I love you,
I would.

If I could give you the world,
I promise you I would,
but it seems I am nothing but a bother.

Sometimes I cry,
I just want to die,
because I know how you feel on the inside,
you just won't let me in.

The more I try to help,
the more I end up not.
I know I am a mistake,
and I'm sorry,
but I don't know what to do.

All I know is,
without you,
my world would close in,
without you,
my reason to live would die out,
Without you I'd be nothing...

Even my soul would disappear....
