Rain (pt. 1)

by Aki   May 30, 2007

Sweet droplets
trickle down my window.
I trace their paths
with my fingers,
Where do they lead
after they leave the sight of my window...?
It rains on
and I sit here
watching it,
not waiting for it to stop.
I want it to continue,
not to stop and quit.
As the fresh smell enters my room
I breath it in,
wishing you were here.
So I could share
this beautiful day only with you.

I see you through the rain
and stop at the corner.
The rain falling over you,
soaking you.
