Implicit Grace

by Anti Mankind   May 30, 2007

How far does the light reach
And how far does the sea?
Sleep now lightly
Silver tenderness

In the center of memory
Keep searching
A person's warmth
Longing in the lonely rain

Body's rot away and souls keep running
To the end of the world
Forever seeking an unattainable rainbow
In the middle of a false dream, words are lost.

A shaky look at the quivering flame
Till when, how long
Lasts the vow of the lovers' hearts?
Entwine the vines that strangle the souls of the free

May a silent scream be heard
While rising above the deep scar
To the end of the world, until we reach infinity
Bleed a prayer of wisdom to the world

Very nice, i liked this one a lot- even though it was freeverse, it worked very well.
