Diva or Demon?

by Kassandra Marie   May 30, 2007

You walk like a diva
You cry those crocodile tears
You talk like a saint
But that's everything you ain't

I can see through the mask you hide in
A vicious soul clothed in silk
You are not what you claim to be
But you pull it off so well
You've fooled everyone else

You sparkle in the sunlight
You laugh your velvet laugh
Your skin of molten gold
Hides the darkness in your heart

Your sickly sweet perfume
Enchants the lonely heart
Your vibrant style blooming
It all hides the witch you are

You fooled everyone, but your intent is clear to me
I was bound by your eyes, but now I'm free.
