Can there be a joy
when there are fears?

Can there be happiness
when there are so many tears?

Is there a guy out there
that isn't a jerk?

Or one that at least
doesn't make you hurt?

Can there be a moon
without the sun?

Can there be a competition
that no one has won?

Why are people hurting
and no one seems to care?

Not wanting to share the
wealth that they have come
to know.

So many questions that come
into my head.

Making me wonder will they
ever go and leave me alone?
