As Mercy Flows

by ThreeSixtyChanges   May 31, 2007

A split of blood drops from my agony
That of life needs a soul
Who can redeem my torments of sin?
A split of blood drops from this curve

As a shine of hope arrives
And darkness fades from this heart
A tear spoils down from my cheek
As I see that salvation has come
A doubt of thoughts slides in my memory
As wings of joy lightens my path
There he stood silent

"Come to your salvation and see the light"
"Thus we cannot meet again as darkness provokes"
"As Glory defeats this age"
"No soul can take you alive"
"Cause you and Thee must fight to survive", he says

As a dead star conquers this ground
A light of justice overcomes it
That black wings of misery
Dooms us deeply

There your hands are open wide
Nothing in this history can compare you
Your love is unmatched
Like an orchestra full of rhapsody
A smell of kirmsy in everywhere you step
As you walk to the veins of history
Glorious in this place

As mercy flows (God)

Nice poem. You left a comment on one of mine but I don't think it was intended for me. Still like yours though.
