The daughter

Stuck in the basement, scared, cold and always alone
where you were raised, you know this as your home
your mother is dead, your father is upstairs drunk
ever since she died, this moment is always stuck
loud music blaring through this little house
father yelling at his friends saying he's the boss
neighbors say he lives alone, don't know about the girl
the precious daughter in the basement, lost in her world
suicidal moments cross her path and haunt her dreams
she can't escape, no surrender, theres nothing to believe
she doesn't cry without a reason, wishing for her mother
someone to help her, be there, get away from her father
her memories are fading, its almost like dying
she's giving up all she had, no point in trying
her father calls her to come up the stairs
where all his drunk friends can look and stare
for a girl who's twelve now and so much mature
shes beautiful but lost, looking at them not so sure
her father kisses her cheek than pushes her down
they all go for her like animals, planted to the ground
one at a time, no energy to fight back, wait for it to end
but they keep going like no tomorrow and begin again
after their done, they laugh and push her some more
calling her names, no one knows behind closed doors
sits in the corner, way far from feeling humiliated
no emotions left inside but one thats building hatred
her heart is shattered, her mind is messed up and confused
father get up, pulls her to the center, shes so abused
tells her he loves her and that he won't ever forget her
be free with your mother than he pulls the trigger
