Past Memories

by Mary Rose   May 31, 2007

[please reand and rate my poem, thank you.]

Fears had consume her soul
Terrified of anything that may transpire
Pain is all she feels from the things that were said
Not one of them cares if they hurt her a lot

She wanted to cry but shes holding it back
She wont let another tear flow from her eyes
From the awful past of her childhood
She would never want to come back

Every single day she tried to be strong
To never sob and never frown
So she gives a smile for all to see
And a laugh to conceal the pain & the strife

All through her life, the past had haunt her
Nightmares she had, devour her soul
The scars may mend, but the memories live
No one can erased memories that have taken place.
