Feelings

I was going to write my feelings down,
but i knew you wouldnt read them.
I was going to make them lyrics to a song,
but i dont have the nerve to sing them.
I was going to tell you face to face,
but the fear of rejection is intolerable.
So i decided to keep them bottled inside,
where i can never be critisized or hurt.
