I want to let you in
On the other hand I don't
I want to show you who I am
Something is telling me I won't

I need some one to help me
No matter what I say
I need some one there for me
Even If I push them away

I'm worried if I let you in
And start to tell you my tale
You're going to want to run away
And leave me here to fail.

Anyone who I have every trusted
Is no longer in my life
So what makes you so different?
Do I know you're not going to get me into strife?

Can you teach me how to live?
Can you set me free?
Can you help me with my life?
Can you help my misery?
