This Little Girl (325)

by NinjaGirl   Jun 3, 2007

There is this little girl
And she lays, turned away
She thinks of her past
The one that never leaves.

She thinks that if she were standing
She'd be turned away
And if she were sitting
Her head would be bowed down.

But this is a better way
She can cry more then before
And she can think of her past
Without getting a sore neck.

There is this little girl
Who nobody can see
She curls up in a corner
And waits for a conversation with me.

She cries so, so much
She won't let no one near
She says she is filled with
Sadness, anger and fear.

She's been looking for so long
For the man that really is
The man who'll hug her
And give her a big kiss.

She's been looking everywhere
In the rain and snows
Where the sea rushes
And where the wind blows.

She knows he's out there somewhere
She's look for him now
In the past and future
But to attract him how?

There is this little girl
Who's worried of what he thinks
And worried of what he'll say
If she starts to cry today.

I know what that girl is thinking
Yes, even now
She's thinking if he loves her
Why the hell and how?
