Break Me Down

by Wings Of Flames   Jun 3, 2007

Lost in my mind,
A race in the mist,
Forgotten all I am,
Entangled in my fist,

I write, work and love,
But it spills into stone,
Cold worthless nothings,
And in the end I am alone,

Society takes my clothes,
Ill-fashion on my back,
Personality won't get you,
Unless you ahve the rack,

Beaten with words,
Taken from my love,
What is the point in anything?
Without the fitted glove,

She takes me to the cellar,
Where reality lies hot,
Spits what I truly am,
And the ignorance I'm not,

A purpose is all I ask,
A point in the trail,
Rest from my weary head,
But it's lies among the tails,

I drift breathless through crowds,
As they bussel in my pain,
Mother overlooks me,
As tears fall in the rain.

-This is about society's influence, my mother and how i dont know what to do with my life anymore.-
