Novocain to the heart

by pandora   Jun 3, 2007

SLAM!
A long needle punctured right through the chest plate.

a sharp pinch it began to penetrate the muscle, known as the heart.

Nerve endings implode, on fire with pain.

the needle dives deeper to the center of the muscle, it touches the very soul.

Too late to turn back now. . .

The pressure of the hand pushing down on the syringe is felt.

Instantly the pain is dulled.

Feel the slight cold burn as the novocain is dispensed into the soul, aware of it's progress through each vein, until sweet relief.

Numb to the very soul

.no pain no gain.i wish to lose.
