Alone (Nonet)

by Anaisthitos   Jun 3, 2007

This is the story of a girl, torn
apart from the inside on out
living in a lonely world;
living like she's OK,
trying to be strong.
Lay in bed she
cries. She is
on her
own.

    This is like Etheree form and I know it takes a lot of effort and lot of dedication to write these rule-governed poems. I liked your work coz its just one of my fav types plus you have added so much meaning with those very precise wordings. 5/5 all the way

    Similar to my favorite style in poetry to read. I liked the title of this it was capturing. Thats what got me interested from the start. A short piece which held sad emotions.

    well done. Loved it alot.

    I didn't like the last three lines, how it was all one sentence and you didn't seem to break it up too well. I felt that some of the word choice was not exactly great, but overall, I felt you chose a good title and scene.

    Okay! This poem exactly describes my friend. Makes me think of her and curious of how she's always like that. Hmm. 5/5
