Nothing Left To Say But Goodbye

So long since you held me
Comforted me in your embrace
So long since you made me laugh
Or put a smile upon my face

We used to be so perfect
Thought our love was fate
Now all that's left with us
Is anger, betrayal and hate

Spent so many days crying
All my nights feeling blue
Debility ripping me apart
Thinking I'd never get over you

Now I can't go on like this
Thinking how great we were
Wondering if you're thinking of me
If you ever truly cared

Can't spend the rest of my life like this
Spend days at a time doing nothing but cry
Once I thought we'd be together forever
Now all that's left to say is goodbye

    I love this poem.
    This stanza ecspecially stood out to me.
