Is There Someone

I keep wondering...

Is there someone who knows what I'm going through
And that I can easily open up to?

Is there someone who knows me and still wants me
And who won't ever be ashamed of me?

Is there someone that can hold me when times get rough
And keep pushing me forward when I feel I've had enough?

Is there someone who can fix all of my broken heart strings
And love me when there's no love left in me?

Is there someone who'll tell me I'm beautiful no matter what
And come sit next to me just to talk?

Is there someone who'd be willing to defend me from harm
And prove to me I'd be safe in his arms?

Is there someone who'd say I'm their whole life
And just call to say goodnight?

Is there someone who'll tell me they loved me each and every day
And actually bring me a beautiful bouquet?

Is there someone willing to fight for me
And swears fealty?

Maybe or maybe not there is someone perfect for me
But only time can tell
So I'll wait and see...
