Depressed Flower

by unknown   Jun 4, 2007

Jasmine isn't my equal
Even rose can't be comparable with my beauty
Wasn't it a gift?
Weren't you proud?

My -3 months on your womb- dad
Wanted a better life
It wasn't my sin
Totally wasn't
But you bore me with loathe
Raise me with hate

Once, a butterfly found this flower
Although he couldn't offer a heavenly life,
He warmed me up everyday
Everyday, before you dragged him to drugs

My life is worse than yours
Aren't you satisfied?
Isn't it enough?

God, I was nobody
I am nobody
And if I'm going to through this, I will be nobody
Just forgive her and let me go to Your side.

-Thanks to my friend, Meythia. She gave me a story to inspire me. But, I ensure you that she's NOT the "depressed flower" ^^

Okay this poem was good. But it reminded me of one of those poems you'd read in an old book in the library not saying your poem is bad but I just didn't understand. Even though it confused me I still found myself loving it.
    4/5
