The Times She Went Through

by Riz   Jun 4, 2007

She was sitting on the grass
Hoping the day will never pass
But she knew it's never true
Especially, the times she went through

The sun sets, it's time to go
And now you'll all know
Why she's always blue
And the times she went through

She's closing by her home, that night
The house was dark, except one light
A bright room up the stairs
A lady in the window with a nasty glare

Fear takes control of the situation
The fear that brought her to isolation
So now you see the view
Of the times she went through

She walks in the house with brave eyes
Later on that night, no one hear her cries
So now you know why she's always blue
And the times she had to go through

That's why she was there
Sitting on the grass
Always hoping
The day will never pass
But she knew
It's never ever true
Because of the times
That she was forced to go through

(For the past days, I've been hearing a lot of stories about these. This is dedicated to those children who were abused by their parents. This poem is also dedicated to a friend of mine and this was her story a long time ago.)
