Reality and Society

by Romona   Jun 5, 2007

Because my friends were always there
Things were fair and square
We were never tense
Mommy and Daddy had no sense
Doing all the wrong
No sense of responsibility
No idea of what was to come

Destiny will tell it all
After that, some may rise and others may fall
Friends will part
A new road will open for a fresh start
But it will never be the same
All will have to be tame
To fit in with the invisible written laws
We'll struggle to fix our childhood flaws
And all that nonsense , that Mom and Dad spoke
Will hit us with a harsh reality
Obstacles will become brutality
No longer will it be a small competition

Our memories will linger
Paining us with the childhood joys
And as we walk down memory lane..
We shall feel the pain ...

**Do and live as if tomorrow may not be**
