Rain

by Nicole the Fairy   Jun 6, 2007

Rain

The rain is wet.
The sky is dark.
Darkness enclosing me.
Forming an arc.

The rain trickles down.
The sky goes warm.
Everything spins around me.
Rushes past me, creating a storm.

The rain gets heavy.
The sky I stand under.
I feel the earth move.
I feel the thunder.

The rain makes puddles.
Makes the sky look Grey.
It forms pools all around me.
Day after day.

The rain falls harder.
The sky just watching.
Watching the rain hit me.
I feel it sting.

The rain feels cold.
The sky never bright.
Everything feels wrong.
Nothing feels right.

The rain I feel on me.
The sky I feel around.
I feel it drowning me.
I am everything, I am the ground.

I walk from the rain.
I run from the skys strain.
I hide from everything.
I hide from me, my Rain.
