I understand what you mean. My parents separated when I was 1. I tried to get them back together but i couldn't. Then when I was in 4th grade my dad died but of diabetes. And no one was around for almost an hr. I still believe if we lived together he would still be around me but it's nothing i can do but live life the way it is. And that's what you got to do. (I know it feels weird getting advice from someone younger than you but yeah)
