Illicit Cupid

Broken love dejection
Created callous eruption
Cries bellow out
She lost her safe haven

Woe is she, she weeps
Affairs gone wrong
Make her question
If she'll ever belong

Instead of trying again
She stalks the unknown
Reiterating pain she received
Upon her personal clones

This heartless new being
Full of hate and anguish
Strives only to wound
Hurting the fragile, now her fetish

Innocent souls damaged
Due to one broken heart
She is now the villain of love
Playing her first lover's part

She caresses their bodies
In fictitious admiration
As she creates her own
Chronicles of fiction

Men fall all over her
Her beauty unmatchable
One man wrecked her soul
Now she's the one, vulnerable

Falling in love with her victim
Was never part of the plan
After breaking one more heart
She lost the perfect man
