You and Me?

by Delie   Jun 8, 2007

You and Me?

So this is goodbye.
I'll miss seeing those eyes.
And the warmth of your smile,
That I could feel from a mile.

The thought of you leaving,
Makes me feel like grieving.
The tears stroll down my face,
Faster and faster; at a higher pace.

While crying I see,
All the love you gave to me.
And inside I still feel hope,
Enough to help me cope.

Then,
In my lonely bed I dream,
Of a truly amazing scheme,
Where you'll give me a kiss,
And everything will restore to it's eternal bliss.

Everynight I'll make my wish,
For all the bad to be demolished.
I'll wait and wait...
Though every second apart, I'll hate and hate.

Waiting for that last school day,
Where [I'm wishing], you'll tell me everything'll be okay.
Then you'll tell me, what will turn out to be,
Of my dreams, of you and me.

I liked it. At first I thought that the flow would be off because some of the lines were a little longer than the rest but it turned out alright. I liked the word choice. I gave it a 5/5.
