Little Girl Lost

by Kitty   Jun 8, 2007

She's lost her trust,
for anyone, for anything.

She's lost her love,
for herself, for everyone else.

She's lost her motivation,
for life, for living.

She's lost her self-pride,
in appearence, in personality.

She's lost her happiness,
for laughing, for smiling.

She's lost her trail of thought,
forever confused, forever uncertain.

She's lost her friends,
They may be there, but their not there for her.

Shes lost herself,
Who she was.
And who she would be.
If only she wasn't so LOST.

[{And most unfortunately she's lost,
Her ability to ask for help.
When she needs it most.}]

This little girl, she IS lost.
She's not sure. . .
Not sure what she's doing.
Where she is.
Where she's going.
Where she's been.
OR what she's wants.

In reality though,
She hasn't lost anything.
Its all been taken from her. . .
NEVER to be given back.

    You are right!
    Your childhood - stolen
    an evil crime.
    Your future -yours
    You'll see, in time!

I loved the honesty, the desperation, even the anger for your stolen, precious years.

    Keep writing, keep fighting. 5/5
