For the best

I can remember when everything was right,
i can remember when my world was bright
a constant smile was on my face
everything was all in place
only worried about stupid tests
didn't know the meaning
of the word depressed
arguments would last for only a day
never had problems it was all OK
but now everything seems to have changed
I'm starting to give up
coz i cant take it any more
the problems ahead
i never saw
looking around for someone to blame
this person always seems to be the same
its always my fault coz of the choices i make
from the very moment i awake
but theres only so much this girl can take
so I'm holding a knife against my chest
voices telling me its for the best.
