Dear bulimia,

You came, you sat, and you smiled;
You knew right away - I was your prey.
You smiled sympathetically,
While you planned this calamity,
You were my own Mephistophelian
Panned to rid me of my essence...

You came, you sat, and you smiled;
And you were simply welcomed by me.
Urged me to purge, rid myself of fault,
Made me hide myself, inside this cold vault,
Trapped in this state, and when I try to escape
Your grip tightens. Your control tautens...

That was such a long time ago.
From then on, I lost all self control,
I found myself deep in this hole...
But slowly I am becoming stronger;
And soon, you will no longer
Become my own Mephistophelian.
