This Life I Live

Go to school
every day
nothing seems
to go my way

Falling behind
teachers on my back
don't do the work
motivation i lack

At home its worse
they curse and swear
blame me for everything
whenever I'm there

Abuse isn't just physical
its verbal too
I'm sick of the names
that i hear from you

I feel like no one
cares at all
and they all just sit
and watch me fall

The darkness is taking
over me
making me blind
so i cannot see

I want to live
and survive this life
but i cant seem to get thru it
so i turn to the knife

I make the cuts
quick and deep
so that i may fall
into endless sleep

Cause everyday
things get worse
this life i live
is my curse
