Lost soul

by thandie   Jun 9, 2007

My heart is poundin
as l count every singe
breath l take

l tremble in terror and
despise what l feel inside
the end less tourtue
of my soul burns
form the bottom
of ma heart

a petrified gaze above
unleashes the beckoning
cries of ma hidden wounds

the midnite stars hold such pain
and all my sorrow
they withhold a key to hell

midnight walks turn to pain
sleepless nights haunt
my lost stole

Deep and attractive for its dark nature. I loved the language you used, as it worked with the dialect; the dialect sounded Louisianian.

I would only recommend a spell check.
