Little Girl

Little girl, all alone
crying softly now
wanted to ask for help
but didn't know how

Little girl sitting
in a dark corner of her room
suffocating in her prison
trapped within her tomb

Little girl struggles
trying to be brave
behind her deep blue eyes
lies an invisible pain

This little girl sighs
a tear in her eye
no one noticed
and now she will die

All because this pain
was too hard to bear
she could have made it thru
if she had someone who cared

But this little girls cries
went unheard
so she stayed in her room
and didn't say a word

She stayed there for days
just waiting for death
waiting for god
to take her last breath

But the little girl
who felt so alone
was betrayed by god
and was on her own

As she closed her eyes
imagined her dreams
becoming reality
no more angry screams

But this little girls life
just wasn't meant to be
another lost soul
taken to thee

Little girl cried
shed her last tear
ascended beyond this place
she is no longer here

Now a little angel
living up high
this little girl
was meant to die
