Unstoppable

by Emily   Jun 10, 2007

Sitting on a concrete wall that leads into the cool clear water
u wrap your arm around my waist
i lay my head on your shoulder
you gaze into my eyes and smile
the cool waves come up and splash at our feet
seemingly wanting to join it on the romantic evening
its just the two of us though and no one can intrude
as we play footsies the waves once again try to join
you carefully lace your fingers through mine
we depart from the concrete wall and walk along the shore smooth, flawless damp sand presses down with our footsteps
waves roll up and erase our footsteps trying to hide our love
but when we look into eachothers eyes we know
that our love is truly unstoppable
