Beautiful Rescue

by Charlyn   Jun 11, 2007

I was jumping from the edges of buildings, all for the thrill of the fall.
Ignoring the sound advice and the consequences of it all.
My bones are shattered. My pride is shed too.
In the midst of the self-inflicted pain, I've found a beautiful rescue.
I'm dancing on the mountain top. I'm singing you a song.
As long as you are with me, I can do no wrong.
My bones are shattered. My pride is shed too.
Come to find out, it was all in my head.
I have found you, deep in my darkest hour.
When I am at my weakest, I can feel your overwhelming power.
You've saved me, oh LORD. You have led me from dispair.
When I feel I have no strength. I remember LORD, you are there.
