You The Pebble, I The Lake

by gavin   Jun 11, 2007

It is you that makes me smile,
It is you that makes me cry,
It is you that gives me pain when you are in pain,
It is you that makes everything seems so small,
It is you that makes problems less problematic,
It is you that makes everything seems unimportant,
It is you that makes other girls less attractive,
It is you that makes money seems less important,
It is you that makes time come to a stand still,
It is you that makes your smile seems like heaven,
It is you that makes your company seems like I'm floating within the clouds,
It is you that makes me want to be a better person,
It is you that makes me go weak on my knees,
It is you that makes me love you for who you are,
It is you that makes life brighter and warm,
It is you that makes sacrifice seems like a breeze,
It is you that makes love looks like a playground,
It is you that makes me realise that you are the one.

You maybe not be the cause of my life,
But you are the course of my life that I want to take,
I have been taking this course, but there is a stand still.

Imagine that a lake, calm and pristine,
The lake is not made for anyone,
but there is one pebble that is thrown into the lake,
this pebble made ripples in the lake,
somehow the pebble made the lake livelier,
made the lake swell with colours.
Now the pebble became apart of the lake's life,
Creating beautiful ripples and colours.

You are the Pebble and I'm the Lake.
You complete a part of me.
