But is it picture perfect?
Things last forever, things fall apart,

Delicate as a butterfly,
Yet everyone wants a hold,
We think we have the real thing,

We are all just merely subjects

I think love is just a word
Like hot or cool or rad,
It's a bit like skinny jeans,

It's thrown around like tennis balls,
It gets people in bed,
It helps if you want to rip someone off,
It's as common out there as bread.

But with you sometimes it's different,
Too bad it didn't work.
We had something great going,
And I miss you for what it's worth.

We got along so well, you know,
Like outer space and an astronaut,
But the black hole's gravity became too great,
If anything it's my fault.

But now it's too late for talk like that
It could get someone hurt,
He is such a prick you know

One day maybe it shall be again
We'll have a second chance,
But til then friends we shall stay
