Laying Here

by Bill Turner   Jun 11, 2007

As the sun sets, turning the sky to pink
The wisp of clouds causes me to think
Laying here in bed craving you
Longing to reach out and touch your skin
Running my fingers over you with a grin

Savoring your body, sexy and hot
Wanting to give all I have got
Laying here in bed craving you
Staring at the stars in the night sky
Wanting to please you, soaring high

Wondering as you dream and sleep
If you will always want me to keep
Laying here in bed craving you
Yearning to feel your hands upon me
Wanting your touch to again set me free

When your slumber ends and you awake
Will it be my heart that you will again take
Laying here in bed craving you
As each day begins again anew
I still want to be with you

Oh my goodness Bill......I AM TRYING SO HARD not to do anything sexual with my boyfriend because I want to stand firm on my faith and let God know I'm waiting till marriage...but if I keep reading your poems...oh my gosh...what will I do Bill? haha....
Your poems are soooo amazing and I've told you that time and time again so why say it more right?...but they are just breathtaking and romantic....If you were my husband all you're writings would be framed on a wall somewhere!
    Excellent
