If the sun can sleep
Than why can't I?
Why must I stay up all night
And do nothing but cry?

This life isn't fair
Just get me out
It's useless now
No reason to shout

Where's my heart gone?
Has it been laid waste?
The sweet aroma of love
Now leaves a sour after taste

People live
People die
Trees grow
The birds fly

My heart remains ascender
My tears run cold
I'm trying to hold on
Without anything to hold

These pains in my head
Won't leave my mind
Thoughts of a better life
Walk with thoughts of suicide
