Western Motel (Poetry about art)

by Tamsin Francis   Jun 12, 2007

Waiting, waiting,
For someone I thought would never come.
Waiting, waiting,
I hope she would not be too dumb.

Waiting, waiting,
Watching for the door.
Waiting waiting,
By now he should be dying on the floor.

Waiting waiting,
He should not have brought us pain.
Waiting waiting,
Now it is our turn in this game.

Waiting waiting,
I hope she does not make a mess,
Waiting waiting,
Hope she does not ruin her new dress.

Waiting waiting,
She came in gasping for breath,
We grabbed our bags and ran,
Tonight, my friend brought someone death.
