Wow i can relate.....alot this is a great poem because you expressed your feelings in a great way i had to teach myself to stop cutting it was sooooo hard but i did it i havent cut in almost a month and i am proud i have poetry to thank for that!!!

One error i picked up on "I know need help but it seems like noone cares" think u did a typo lol "i know i need"

Nice imagery and good flow..though I will never understand this need of self mutilation..but oh well..definitely could feel the emotions from it..Keep up the great work.

Seriously i actual hate peoms that dont rhyme but i lov this poem because i no how u feel i also promised sum i wouls stop an i sad in my bedroom an cut an cried an watched the blood pour!!!!
