To myself why are you so cold??

by beautisworthless   Jun 13, 2007

Why are you so cold,
So lonely in your grave,
secrets you haven't told
thoughts you've not betrayed
Why are you so cold
so shallow in the ground
Hollow in your heart
without your shadow on the ground
without your heart tearing you apart
I swear i love you
My cold demented friend
You haven't answered me
will this heartbreak ever end
decaying in the ground
with your voice in my mind
with your tears upon my face
with my smile frozen in place
you haven't answered my question
my other secret half
why are you so distant
and why are you so sad..
i cant believe I'm talking
to this thing i cannot see
i know you cant see it to
but its there stuck in my brain
but you still haven't answered me
my friend

    Hmm...this is a little bit morbid...but so am i...:)
*thinking about if i ought to scare other people with my morbid being*
*decides not to and thinks about a nicer thing to say*
the poem is pretty good, maybe you ought to divide it into several stanzas for an easier read...(small sugestion)
    otherwise, it's great
(sorry for the small talk...i sometimes don't think very clearly...:D)
    keep going
