Forget You

by Audy   Jun 14, 2007

Anger and hurt searing through my body
Piercing my soul
Squeezing my heart
I can feel it suffocating me
Begging to come out
Clouding my thoughts
Blurring my vision

You've done it once again
Not once, not twice, not three times
But thousand times before
One can only take so much

Being the fool that I am
I go on excusing you
I go on forgiving you
I go on needing you
Being the greater fool that I am
I go on loving you...

If only my heart could hate
Not even hate, just forget...
Forget a love you don't deserve
Forget the time you cannot give
Forget the life we cannot have...
Or if I could just dare hope..
I could just forget you
