Light anyone?

It's easy to pay attention
To the bad things that happen in life
And sometimes we lose sight
Of what leads us to that light
So now I'm starting fresh
To forget the pain and suffering
And to live on with the good and true
For its only ourselves that can pull us through
Sometimes it's hard to see
The light that's at the end of the tunnel
Start focussing on fun, be kind
And you will see that light in your mind
It will never be this easy
But with trust you must believe
That life doesn't choose its destiny
And its your soul that sets you free
